Through the manipulation of the body's soft tissues (muscles, ligaments,...), therapeutic massage has as its main objective, to improve the musculoskeletal functions that are out of balance.
Therapeutic massage is in many cases applied to the patient's area of pain/dysfunction, using specific techniques to restore the function of all tissues, from the most superficial to the deepest.
â
The therapeutic massage lasts for 45 minutes and should be performed in several sessions with short intervals between each session.
â
The number of massages to be carried out always depends on the condition of each patient, and can vary from 5 to 10 sessions (15 in more difficult cases). For the treatment to be more effective, faster and with better results, the sessions should be 2 to 3 days apart.
